INDEPENDENT PROJECT · MARKETPLACE × AI OPERATIONS

Wolfpack | A service marketplace with AI support and operations

From finding a provider and sending an invitation to meeting in a shared room and handling support, Wolfpack connects scattered conversations and manual follow-up into a service flow with clear states, permissions and handoffs.

Make the next step clear.

The difficult part of a service marketplace is often knowing who should act next. Customers need to know whether a service is confirmed, providers need to know when to join, and operators need the case history without reconstructing it from separate conversations.

What this project brings together

01

Custom platform: a clear place for each role

Member sign-in and role-based entry points, provider check-in, discovery by game, and service invitations with acceptance. Members, providers and operators have distinct permissions and a relevant next step.

02

Workflow automation: a connected service journey

An accepted invitation leads back to the original shared room, with member status, text chat and voice. Service states connect to room entry, reducing manual link sharing and repeated progress checks.

03

AI support and an AI operations manager: connected to real work

Codex reads de-identified cases and permitted capabilities to understand questions, request missing details, reply or escalate. An executor checks permissions before updating the case, while operations headquarters receives summaries and delivery confirmations.

From service delivery to operations.

Service journey

  1. 01

    Members and providers get ready

Members sign in; eligible providers check in and make their services available.

  2. 02

    Choose and invite

A customer selects a game, room and provider. The provider confirms the invitation.

  3. 03

    Meet in the same room

The confirmed service returns to the original room, with text chat and room voice.

  4. 04

Manage the service and follow up

View or end the service; open a support case with its event history when help is needed.

AI support and operations-manager journey

  1. 01

    Receive and retain context

The website stores the case, messages and pending work. A receipt is not a resolution.

  2. 02

    Understand and decide

AI reads de-identified context and allowed capabilities to reply, clarify, update status or escalate.

  3. 03

    Execute within limits

The server checks the role, original service, policy and limits. An execution receipt confirms the outcome.

  4. 04

    Deliver to headquarters

De-identified summaries are imported and acknowledged. Disputes and policy exceptions go to a person.

AI proposes a decision → the website checks permissions and executes → headquarters acknowledges the summary. AI has no website or database credentials and cannot edit, deploy or expand its own permissions.

RECORDED INTEGRATION EVIDENCE

Replies connected to a traceable handoff.

Existing September 2026 verification records include a real Codex support reply, case-status readback and receipt of the same case summary at operations headquarters. This supports an actual AI integration. Member data and original conversations are not published here.

Capabilities and current limits

Based on records available on 2026-09-07, distinguishing implementation, verification and ongoing operation.

Implemented and connected
Member and service workflows, shared rooms, chat and voice, AI case handling and headquarters summaries. Actual AI replies and summary delivery are recorded; complete multi-user, audio and accounting acceptance still needs separate confirmation.
Bounded AI actions
Cancellation and point-refund paths require checks on the original payer, transaction, policy and limits. Refund capability is restricted to controlled test points; real-money refunds are not verified. Major disputes and policy exceptions go to a person.
Operating limits · 2026-09-07
The frontend experienced an outage after exhausting its database-query allowance, with recovery recorded after the quota reset. Usage remains an open issue. The AI background process stopped and its recovery is unconfirmed. Immediate replies and unattended 24/7 operation are not promised.
Commercial and payment status
This is an independently developed project, not a commissioned client case or evidence of revenue. Real payments are disabled and some accounting acceptance is pending. This showcase does not direct visitors to paid orders.
